Monthly register of communicable diseases, 1915-1917.

This series consists of reports of new cases of communicable diseases occurring in patients and employees of the Middletown State Hospital. The number of males, females, and the total number affected are noted. Some reports note cancer, malignant tumors, and habitual users of narcotic drugs. On the reverse side of the data collection sheets affected patients and staff are noted by name according to disease.
